CORPORATE SALES TEAM
Title: Designate according to the job level and total candidate fitment.
Education: University approved degree , MBA (preferred)
Experience: 0- 1+ years with relavent experience and flair for corporate sales. Excellent communication skills
· Individual in Corporate Sales, will be responsible for: Selling Hiree’s recruitment solutions to Corporate Companies and consulting firms.
· Identify & analyze the clients requirements.
· Propose apt solutions based on client requirement for talent acquisition.
· Interaction with senior management, CXO level, in the client organizations & present Hiree’s products & services.
· Develop and derive higher value from clients.
· Manage complex sales situations & manage existing clients based on "value based selling".
· Manage collections and accounts receivables.
· Self driven, Presentation and Probing skills
· Negotiation skills
· Relationship building skills
· Target and task orientation
· Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations.

Travel: Yes as required .
Salary Bandwidth : 5- 5.2 L per Annum
